Verisign replied to my inquiry and they tell me that, in their words "The
cart/api you are using is sending the request to the gateway as
international and therefore not returning any AVS, because the card you are
using is domestic and returns an X for international verification."
Shouldn't optigold be sending country data? I guess that makes sense as the
problem appears only when using optigold, not when using the web interface
or our api interface.... I take it this is odd?
