Search Again: Web Interface drama will not go away! From: Billing Dept Date: Wednesday, June 18, 2003 Time: 10:57:37 am Posted a couple of weeks back about the nightmare of the web interface giving the "username and password" invalid screen after logging in successfully and then clicking View Emails triggers this response Even worse clicking the View Account info brining up another persons account info. Well our customer who first discovered this and we promised it would not happen again just discovered it again (what are the odds). Only remedy I have found is that upon opening the FM Unlimited Web Server machine you must then go to a workstation and access the database first from there otherwise this chaos described above will prevail every time. Why do you ask are we restarting this web server frequently well that is because about 4 times a week it crashes when a customer is accessing the web interface and doing an email update (which triggers the EIMS server events) I am a user of macs (not primarily anymore) so don't have an issue per se but I am growing really untrusting of Filemaker it seems to be really unstable and flaky with its storage of info.
