That's interesting because their API doesn't have the ability to flag an
International card (at least not that I'm aware of). As I mentioned, I've
checked our transactions which are run through Optigold to VeriSign, and the
AVS data is fine (through Optigold and through the web-based manager), so
it's a bit hard to try and troubleshoot.
