There are no flags you need to set in order for it to do AVS checking... The
"X" does not mean it's International (or necessarily not International).
"X" means that it cannot be determined through the issuing bank. It's the
credit card issuing bank that determines if AVS (street and/or zip and/or
International card) can be determined or not. So if you are getting X for
everything (street AVS, zipcode AVS and International card flag). As I
mentioned many times prior, it appears to be working fine with our VeriSign
account (through Optigold), so I'm not sure how else to test it.
