Hi Shawn,

The customer is Current and is not in the Pending or server event queue.
What might be the problem is, that when I want to add a billing cycle, I
get the "billing cycle item detail" window, where in the drop-down menu
there is only 1 item.
I have to close that window (and by the looks of it, it fires the billing
cycle event at that point, as I get an "error" message send to me) to go
back to the Billing info screen.
There the drop-down then shown all products (that it should). I can then
select the billing cycle item I wanted in the first place.

Hope you understand what I mean.
