We are having a problem all of a sudden with invoices generating prorated
amounts.
We have a new corporate customer with five separate dialup accounts that we
invoiced on the 24th for the full month and the setup fee. No problem with
those.
Since we invoice 1 month in advance on the corporate accounts (to give them
time to process it for payment) a second invoice was generated the following
day. These were generated with a prorated amount.
Someone inadvertently marked the product as being prorateable. I took the
check mark off, and changed the amounts of the invoices to the correct
amount.
But everyday those same customers keep coming back up for billing with the
prorated amount.
How do I fix this?
