Web email management problem

I am setting up our web interface so customers can manage email accounts.
Adding an account works great, but I am having problems with 2 other
features. These problems seem related.

Let me give you the sequence of events, using the web interface for
everything.

* Create an extra email account. This works fine.
* Delete the extra account. Here is the first (hopefully minor) problem.
When I delete an email, I trigger 2 server events. One deletes the email
from the server database, using http to call a php script. The second event
is a telnet session that removes the email directory from the server. The
problem is that the telnet session opens up a debug window on the web access
computer. This window says "Connect: mail.team1internet.com (port 23)
Error: 0 WSick: Success" Once I click OK on the debug window, the deletion
works fine. Then it pops up another debug window at the end of the telnet
session. I do have "show debug dialog" turned off for the web user. Is
there another option to turn off this kind of debug window?

Second problem:
* Create an extra email account. Again this works fine.
* Try to change the password for the extra account. This makes the web
access system pop up a window that says "This feature is disabled. Enable
it in the preferences if you want to use it." When I hit "Okay" on that
window, the customer web email screen returns, but the password does not get
changed. I looked in the archives and found 1 instance of someone having
this problem, but there was no solution posted. I am using new style server
events, and running OG 3.2.6.
* Now if I try to delete that extra email account, the customer email screen
just returns without doing anything. The account isn't deleted, and nothing
pops up on the web access system.

Any ideas on what's going on with this?

Thanks,
Jeff
