CC Auth Stopped too

After Preferences have been completely reentered (after they completely
vanished while running autotasks over night. All employee pref, invoicing
setup, receipt setup, and everything under general preferences...GONE!):

Noticable physical changes in the Interface:
Under Billing Info: Just beneith the CC number, there is now a box that
says "more info" Whereas previously it was just a blank field we could
enter the zip code into.

Now all CC auth Attempts return the error of "The merchant login ID or
password is invalid or the account is inactive." I have confirmed,
typed/retyped/reretyped the un/pw for my authorizenet account, chatted with
authnet and they confirm the account is not inactive.

I have since: Reindexed and rebooted the works.... nothing but silence and
no Auth of CC's.
