Re: Reseller Signup ProblemFrom: J.R. Date: Tuesday, July 1, 2003
Time: 2:00:51 pmOK,
We found this in the sales4.txt file:
[FMP-If: Field: Global_Variables::pWeb Signup Email After Signup .gte.
0]
<input type="hidden" name="-MailTo" value="[FMP-Field:
Global_Variables::pWeb Signup Email After Signup]">
<input type="hidden" name="-MailFrom" value="optigold.isp@[FMP-Field:
Global_Variables::pDomain Name]">
<input type="hidden" name="-MailSub" value="Reseller Online Signup:
[FMP-Field: gNew Login]">
<input type="hidden" name="-MailHost" value="[FMP-Field:
Global_Variables::pSMTP Server Address]">
<input type="hidden" name="-MailFormat" value="signmail.txt">
[/FMP-If]
We removed it and saved, and tested again, and now it's still appending
the identical billing cycle items like before, but now the *only* email
notification we get is from the "nobody@localhost" account instead of
the one we have set up in the OG prefs that normally comes to us during
a regular signup.
So I'm not sure if we've helped or hindered the problem. It's not a big
deal to us that we get the email from the "nobody" account instead of
the one we're used to, but our main issue, the problem of identical
billing cycle items appearing on reseller signups, is still there.
Thanks for your help Shawn.
