What email address did you send it to? I just checked the email support
queue, and there are 5 unanswered things in there (none from you though).
There are a couple of filters setup on it though which may have ignored
it...
If you CC or BCC it to support (and sent it to another address as the
primary), it is ignored since support isn't the real recipient.
If you send it to support as primary recipient and then CC or BCC another
local email address (within Digital Point Solutions), the whole thing will
be kicked back to you with an error. (I got really sick of people emailing
support, then CCing my personal email address with support issues.
