David,
What you need to do in QuickBooks is manually edit the products imported,
changing them to Income accounts. After you have all your products in
Income, they will work. You could manually create Income accounts for all
your Product codes but be careful that the Product IDs match exactly the
ones in OptiGold. I found it easier to let them be created as Bank accounts
and then change them with the QB Edit function. Please note that you have
to be in Single User mode to do this.
