Any letter is tracked when send as e-mail, but not when printed (as far as I can see), but we would also like to see if we send a printed "Welcome letter", "E-mail Account details", etc. Catch my drift? Mike, am I correct in thinking that with OptiSkin there is no need for FileMaker Server as far as limit on IP numbers per day is concerned?
