Search Again: CC confusion From: Dale Jacks Date: Wednesday, July 2, 2003 Time: 7:30:34 am I have a member, fred, who was cancelled Jun 18th. Last invoice was paid in full by the CC on account on June 3. We just ran CC charges and his card was charged $10 leaving him a $10 credit on his cancelled account. According to the audit trail reports, he has no deleted invoices and no deleted payments. What could possibly have triggered this charge? Dale Jacks --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
