Lots of people have that access. There must have been a zero balance on
the account this morning when we ran CC's....because immediately after
running the cards, he had a $10 credit. There were also no open
invoices on the account.

Possible a change to an old invoice or payment? Do any employees (at
ALL) have access to edit invoices or payments?
