Probably don't have the most up-to-date CCAuthorize on the web server?
Check the CCAuthorize.jar file on the web server and see if it has the same
date as on your workstation. If not, you can either load the Optigold ISP
installer and do a workstation installation (on the web server), or copy
your good CCAuthorize.jar to the web server from your workstation.
