You REALLY REALLY shouldn't disconnect all your plumbing if you don't know
how to re-connect it.

1. the IPs of yor NS hosts, aka glue records, have to be changed at your
registrar, then those go into the NSs authoritative for your TLD.
2. the IPs of all your machines (OS level change, at least rc.conf and
hosts files, depending on OS).
3. the IPs in all your zone files.
if you cannot connect to the IP, I bet there's some routing or other
connectivity problem.
can you ping the IP of the NS?
