I had this problem with another processor, turned out that the customers cvv
changes when they get a new card. You need to have your customers update
thier CVV or do like you did and not require it.

Shawn, how are you?

We have been collecting CVV info for each customer on checkout for as long
as we have been using OG. We have never had any problems processing credit
cards. All of a sudden last week, a large amount of transactions that have
always cleared are all of a sudden getting declined. Nothing has changed and
I have confirmed with many customers that the CVV info they supplied is
correct.

On the majority of the transactions that have failed, I simply removed the
CVV (That always worked in the past) and the transaction clears, no problem.

I am not sure if something on our end is causing this or if there has been
some major change in how verisign approves transactions. Have you heard any
buzz on this.

I am seriously considering not collecting CVV data moving forward because
of this.

Is there a way to go in OG and delete all the existing CVV's?

Thanks Shawn.
