You could use a calculation to transport the last usage record's remaining hours into an otherwise unsed customer field, so then you could search on it and then do the mass mailing... You could do a Replace on a field (from Scripts menu) with a calculated result of: Last (Time Usage::cHours Over Limit) That will give you a number >0 if they are over their usage on the last usage record for the customer. - Shawn ---------------------------------- Shawn D.
