Okay - we found an entry from last Friday that says there was a god =
level
delete of 6 accounts in a found set. Is there no "easy" way to =
determine
who those 6 accounts are? =20

Secondly, if I have a backup from Thursday, what would be the procedure =
for
restoring those accounts and all associated data (ie: invoices, =
payments,
trouble tickets).

Under Maintenance & Preferences -> Audit Trail Reports

It logs if individual customers were deleted as well as groups of =
customers
(although if it's a group, it simply tells you it was a group of xx
customers).
