Credit Card Declines...

We are using the online form for internet credit card billing. When our
customers log in to their account and try to make a one time payment it
declines their card. I can go in to OG and manually run their card from
there and it works fine. We have Authorize.net. We need help trying to
figure out why the online one time payments are being declined. It used
to work, but now it's not. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

We got an email from Authorize.net stating (we aren't sure this has
anything to do with us)...

"Important Information from Authorize.Net
RECOMMENDED INTEGRATION METHODS
Authorize.Net strongly recommends that all Authorize.Net Payment Gateway
merchants implement either Advanced Integration Method (AIM) (formerly
known as ADC Direct Response) or Simple Integration Method (SIM). If you
cannot easily meet the integration requirements of AIM or SIM, you are
strongly encouraged to consider an alternative solution, such as an AIM-
or SIM-compliant shopping cart or a web-hosting package. (Please see the
Authorize.Net Certified Shopping Carts page or HyperMart's QuickCharge,
the Authorize.Net-compliant web-hosting package.)

If you are currently integrated to the Payment Gateway via WebLink, you
can learn about converting to AIM or SIM, and other conversion solutions
available to you by reading the WebLink Conversion Guide. The WebLink
Conversion Guide is designed to help you determine whether AIM or SIM is
the best solution based on your current web development capabilities.

If you have WebLink enabled for your Payment Gateway account, but are
actively submitting transactions via other connection methods such as
AIM, SIM, or the Virtual Terminal and Upload Transaction File features
of the Merchant Interface; it is strongly recommended that you disable
WebLink immediately to strengthen your account security. For more
information about disabling WebLink, please contact Customer Support at
support@authorize.net or 1-877-447-3938.
