Search Again: OG Survey Questions From: Lin Nah Date: Friday, August 1, 2003 Time: 2:08:24 am I have found out how to put in the questions, Change the questions, use of "replace" to clear out old "set answers". However this doesn't delete the answers or clear the survey for the customers who have already been surveyed. Use of Replace only sets it back to "NO Response" or blank - depending on how what I replace it with. Replace was one sugestion and the other was to go to the customer and delete the response (These were Shawn's replies to different questions and I think the latter only refered to one customer rather than the whole lot) When I go to report for question 1, what it shows now is question 1 has 3 (that was how many I have used for this testing purpose) blank reponses (or "No Response" - when I tried to set it back to "No Response"). What I am trying to do is see if I can do the following a. Set up a survey b. Get a set of customers called today c. Set up another survey later on with a different set of questions, and get a different set of answers. The problem with using replace or delete is the "answer" is now set to whatever you replaced it with. If the survey didn't ask the same customer the ones I have cleared (using replace) will be counted too.
