If you go to the web server machine and log in as a normal employee, then
try to run a card from the customer's Billing Info screen with the Authorize
CC button, does it give you a verbose decline reason? If so, what is it
exactly?
Also, what version of Java Runtime do you have installed on the web server
(check under Add/Remove Programs).
