Are you CERTAIN their status is "Canceled"? I just looked through the
query, and only customers that are "Current" should ever show up in the hold
list.

As far as the export file... it's not taking into account the difference
between sub or slave accounts... I'll see if that can be fixed.

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to make a file instead of trigger
events in realtime? The file export at this point is pretty much a legacy
thing and I didn't think anyone was still using it.
