Yes, the account status is "Canceled". They show up in the file but
not on the list shown when I hit the "Put Customers On Hold Button".

Mainly because we are prompted for two password for each account
modified. One to log in to the UNIX machine, another to run the
command to disable the account with sudo. I'd like to setup ssh
primary key authentication but haven't had time to do that.
