The only "drop-in" modular way to do this aside from writing your own
Server Events would be to write some customized PHP or Perl scripts to do
it (you would still have to set those up as Server Events, but they would
be less complicated). I'm actually working on something like this (I have
the IIS and CGPro scripts done) in my spare time, and I might look at doing
some of the popular control panels if there is interest..
