DNS Error somewhere?

We have occasional DNS and mail issues and I have tracked the problem back
to one of our DNS servers.

We changed IPs almost a year ago, but that IP change has not been picked up
by the root servers for ns2.watervalley.net.

ns2.watervalley.net used to be 216.220.140.2 and is now 12.168.164.2.

When i use the reporting system, i get this:

> Your NS records at the parent servers are:
> ns1.ispc.org. [207.106.7.7 (NO GLUE)]
> ns2.ispc.org. [209.124.64.11 (NO GLUE)]
> ns3.ispc.org. [207.230.32.23 (NO GLUE)]
> ns2.watervalley.net. [216.220.140.2] [TTL=172800]
> [These were obtained from e.gtld-servers.net]

which shows that it thinks the IP address is still 216.220.140.2.

Where do we need to make the change for this to stop?

We have changed the records in our primary dns server and we have removed
all references to the old IP addresses, but something still has them.

Any ideas?
