If an item costs $99.95 the taxes would be as follows:

NB/HST - 99.95 * .15 = 14.99HST + 99.95 = 114.94 total

PE/(GST+PST) - 99.95 * .07 = 7 + 99.95 = 106.95GST * .10 = 10.70PST +
106.95 = 117.65 total

BC/GST+PST - (99.95 * .07 = 7) (99.95 * .075 = 7.5) for $14.50 tax

etc..

Each sales tax group is allowed up to 3 taxes per customer... so have a New
Brunswick Rate of: 0%/0%/15%, PEI as 7%/10%/0% and BC as 7%/7.5%... then
assign whatever rate to the customer.
