Can I cancel customers that aren't passed due or don't have a payment due?
Can I schedule them for cancellaction?

Well, the Export file should have 0 records... maybe it's screwed up
somehow. If you install Optigold on a machine other than the db server (do
a database server installation)... grab the Export file from the new install
and replace your old one on the db server, does that do anything? (It would
at least be a known good Export file).
