Shawn, when I try to backup my files on the server before upgrading I get a
message that the files cannot be accessed because another process has locked
a portion of the file?!?

Um, what's that mean? This is after a clean reboot (so nothing is even
running). We have backups from every other upgrade, this one won't let us.

Thanks.
