DNS NOTIFY is a mechanism for proactively distributing zone updates,
rather than waiting for the older Refresh/Retry/Expire mechanism to
notice that an update has occurred.

If you're using Bind or MS DNS for your name servers, you'll use
Notify. If you're using QuickDNS 3.x for classic Mac OS, you'll use
QuickDNS' built-in Notify-like function (assuming you're connected to
all servers when you make a change). If you're using QuickDNS Pro
2.x, you'll use the older Refresh/Retry/Expire mechanism.
