Yeah this is an offer anyone could get.

How do I "If it's something for everyone, you could choose that the invoice
only
includes setup fees (which you have none)" ?

Thanks

The offer code is applied to the customer's first invoice. So in that
scenario, they would need to pay for 1 month (to get 3 months of service).
If it's something for everyone, you could choose that the invoice only
includes setup fees (which you have none). So it would not include the
monthly billing cycle item.
