So then what happens to the people that don't request the offer? I guess I
may not have explained very well. Everyone is eligible for the promotion,
but everyone doesn't just automatically get it. Were using it to track the
effectiveness of marketing, so they need to ask for it.

Under the invoicing preferences, you can set it so the first invoice only
includes setup fees (no recurring monthly billing cycle items).
