Master Account with Sub Account shows ''Group of 1'' (not ''Group of 2+'')From: Optigold List Date: Monday, August 11, 2003
Time: 12:39:14 amHello,
Problem: when I create a sub-account (as described in the User Guide
excerpt below) the Master account does not show 'Group of 2+'.
If I search for the sub-account, in the Notes there's a note stating
"Sub-Account created on [date]."
While viewing the Master Account record, and I click on the 'Group Of 1'
button I get the error message that "This account does not have any
slave accounts." The 'Group Of' button works for Slave accounts.
I've tried deleting/recreating the sub accounts, rebuilding the indexes,
but I can't seem to link the sub account to the master in the 'Group Of'
button.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hello. I create Sub-Accounts (as described above) but under the Master
Account the 'Group Of' button shows only 1 account.
