Search Again: Usage invoices From: Daniel J. Vance Date: Monday, August 11, 2003 Time: 11:12:52 am Question, Is there a way to setup the usage invoices to act like the following? 1. If a person's account expires on 8/20/2003 and they have 15 hours of excessive usage for July, an excessive usage invoice is attached to their account and sent out with their bill that gets sent out for the 8/20 expiration. Having one bill sent out is nice for the customer. 2. If a person's account expires 11/20/2003 (they are a quarterly account) and they have 15 hours of excessive usage in July an invoice is created and sent out on 8/1/2003.
