Company email manager

Trying to put the billing part of company email manager in use, ours has
been checking mail since July of last year with none having been processed!
There are like way to many to individually delete or complete them. I could
not find a way to mark multiple and clear them. Can anyone tell me the
secret to how wipe the mailbox clean so we can start using it?
