Sorry Shawn about all the questions before examining it a little
further, that email slipped out before I figured out my questions
already except for the option to have a default paper invoice setting
maybe in the domain renewal setup area to have paper invoice over-rides
for domain renewals. Pleeeeeeeeese!!!!!!

Sweet...is there a way to have a default billing item for all
registrations, or is it like that already? I see the over-ride option
which has to be manually set, but a default billing item would be
better.

Can a customized paper invoice be sent as a default over-ride (or
trigger) as well (as you know many people change email addresses within
a year as opposed to physical addresses, which is causing many customers
to lose their domain names etc. also for those of us who deal with a lot
of broadband, we often don't know the customers current email address
either) which is the ONE thing NetSol did right by sending a paper
invoice for domain renewal.


I also noticed that the registration date updates automatically upon
invoice closing (I was going to ask about that next), but the renewal
comments show the past exp. date not the new exp. date.
