Yes, under the Domain Manager you can set default products per extension.

No, sorry... you would need to edit your normal invoicing settings to print
them (if you aren't printing regular invoices). The domain renewal invoices
go out however you have it setup to send invoices.

You can change how it's worded (if you want to make it clear it's the old
expiration date) under the Domain Manager.
