Yes.. cards exist... i tried with add.html and getting the probem of same card inserted alrady.. i have written an email to you for that also ... thank you sir.

Under your prepaid card setup, look at your list of prepaid cards... did you
setup your prepaid cards to generate a login/password when you created the
cards? If not, and you want the user to select one, start them at add.html
