Intermittent ability to reach our sites...

In the last couple of days I have had numerous customer complaints that
they couldn't reach the sites we host. The problem seems MOSTLY to be
those customers who are on RoadRunner, but a few have been on other
services such as DSL.

The one that I think is the problem is starionhost.net, this is where
our nameservers are located at ns1.starionhost.net and
ns2.starionhost.net. All our domains are listed on these nameservers.

Bear in mind, I have not made any changes at all to the QuickDNS
servers at all in the last 6 months, and this really started out of the
blue.

When I use DNS Expert to do a DNS Query on starionhost.net, using
RoadRunner's servers, it comes back with "No Records". Every other
server I query seems to have the correct info.

Could somebody else take a glance, and maybe give me some idea of
what's going on here and how to correct it if a problem is seen?

From my limited knowledge and experience, I am not seeing a problem on
my end, and feel like it is a RoadRunner issue (which wouldn't surprise
me). I'm looking for another perspective.

As a temporary fix for my RoadRunner-based customers, I have had them
change their nameservers to ours, and the problem clears right up.
