Time: 6:55:02 pmWhen our salesmen use the isp manager interface to restore accounts they
always get an error of "login is not valid for reactivation" yet when =
the
admin logs in the web interface the account can be restored. What we =
have
is 5 salesman and we assigned offer codes, each salesman in the employee
area is limited to just their offer code and given all privileges. We =
have
in the groups selected all items dealing with web interface and entering =
and
canceling accounts.
What are we missing?
