I don't think this was clear enough. I would like a way to know if someone
has used the web interface to check their account balance. This way if they
tell me they didn't get the email I could point them at the web server. Then
I could check and see the last time they checked their account on the web
server. People are so untrustworthy (if that's a word). It's all checks and
balances.
To give the perfect example of a customer. This customer has been with us
for 3 months. By the way we in no way threaten them if they want to leave.
So he demands all his money back because he has problems. I finally decide
to give it all back just to get rid of him. The next day I get a phone
message demanding I delete his account as when he clicks on IE he still
starts the LemooreNet connection in DUN. Now how do you relate to someone
like that?
