Well, I did some testing, trying to get it to break like you were describing
(with the prepaid card auto-populating), but I never was able to get it to
happen. So I guess since it's working now for you, let me know if you are
able to get it to happen again. The *only* way a prepaid card should
auto-populate as you described would be if you were starting at prepaid.html
instead of add.html...
