I think she means log it to thier user record, so that the billing admin can
tell the user when they call about thier account being off for non-payment
that they say thier bill on (date) and (Time) from (login)... Reports about
this can also be created to allow the admin to email the users that neglect
to use the online account mgr in a given month that they need to.

This would be a cool feature... for users and opti-admins and to track
hackers via failed logins to the web interface. You could even add the
ability for a failed login to send email to the accounts overide email
address that 'someone attempted to login but that it failed. If you need a
password to use the web admin call (number)' After so many logins send an
email to user telling them that their account is locked out and that they
need to be call the ISP.
