Import/Charge Issue

Hello,

We just setup with Optigold, and imported our customers to have a
monthly service type, this monthly service type has a setup for new
customers.

When we ran batches for the first time, it charged a setup fee for
these imported customers (pre exisitng customers).

What's the easiest way to get out of this mess?
