I am trying to enter a customer. Here's the problem. One of my employees
entered the info incorrectly then deleted the account. Now, I am trying to
enter him but it is telling me that the user login is already in use. I
have checked the preferences area and I have it set to release the user id
after 0 days but it is still telling me it is in use. PLEASE HELP!!!
