You *must* do the web server installation (or at least somehow update that file) if you plan on editing customers through the ISP management web interface. If you don't, you will clear the customer's account type and status when updating (since it now expects that it is going to be passed to it). 3.3 adds new clean up options, altered how drivers license is passed to processing gateways, new search options, new ISP management web interface functionality and a few other miscellaneous items.
