Search Again: Web Interface- Tech Call char limit From: Dustin Freeman Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2003 Time: 5:59:14 am Has anyone modified the web files so that techs cannot enter more than the 256 characters into the tech call box? Our techs keep overfilling the box and then we do not have all the info for the call. I assume I should just be able to modify the html files but not excatly sure what I need to do. Also is FileMaker planning on fixing this??
