Just a little warning...with all of these things dumping to the notes
field, we're never going to be able to find the info we need in there
because of all the info it's going to contain. I think it would be better
to log it to call activity, so each time something is dumped it will be
done separately (separate fields), and then you can perhaps rename call
activity to "Customer Activity", so that it will be indicative of any
customer actions.
