How do I delete them from OG?
Also, I went to Reports & Charts to print out a report of canceled
accounts. I did not use any date parameters. I wanted "all" of the
canceled accounts. What I actually got was a report of all of my
customers, canceled, on hold, or active. What should be done differently
to get the report that I actually want?
