What version of Windows are you running?
On Windows NT, 2000, and XP, open the Control Panel, select System, click on
the Advanced tab, click the Environment Variables button and, in the User
Variables section (called Environment Variables on XP), edit the CLASSPATH
variable.
Let me know if that works for you...
